Palazzo Te hosts the success of Replica Sistemi - Zucchetti

Growing results for Replica Sistemi - Zucchetti
After the presentation of the growing results of the past TWO years, +30% turnover, +139 new clients, and the employment of as many as forty-one new colleagues (average age 27), the group participated in a guided tour of the scenic halls of the TE Palace.

Lorenzo Guaschino, president and CEO of Replica Sistemi, comments on the results achieved in the last two years as follows: "These are extraordinary numbers, the result of teamwork and the professionalism of each of us, all in a market particularly rich in opportunities.
As an entrepreneur, it pleases me to see the increase in turnover and the number of new customers, but what gratifies me most is the increase in the number of people who work and receive part of this wealth in return."
Francesca Guaschino, marketing manager of Replica Sistemi, honored Angelo Copelli, Emanuela Amadini and Giancarlo Bulbarelli, who have worked at the company for about twenty years and with their commitment have actively contributed to making the company the group it is today.

Then Francesco Gozzi, Logistics & Transportation Development Manager, presented the "New Faces 2022" : twenty-eight young colleagues and three others returning to the company after experiences in other companies in the year 2022 alone.
Afterwards, the results of the survey conducted by Itinere, a consulting firm of the Umana Group, submitted to all workers to assess the "company climate" were announced.
In the survey, one sentence had an almost unanimous choice: "I think I work in a solid company that guarantees stability."
Conversely, the questionnaire also highlighted organizational aspects that will need to be improved in order to increase the personal and professional satisfaction of workers.

Ferruccio Montresor, General Manager, said, "The exponential growth of the company has confronted us with the need to review our internal organization in order to keep employee satisfaction high and to reward the merit of those who are committed to enhancing their professional skills.
We have embarked on this path because we intend to share critical issues with you, and we are also open to listening to proposals that will come from everyone.
The goal is to realize a shared organizational model, because we are certain that it will bring better results than a static organization imposed from above."
The party then continued at Palazzo Te, with a guided tour of one of the most extraordinary examples of a Mannerist suburban Renaissance villa, designed and built by Giulio Romano for Federico II Gonzaga as a place intended for the prince's "honest idleness."
