Founded in 1914 by Wilhelm Jäger, Siegenia-Frank Kg, a family business now in its fourth generation absorbed Aubi Baubeschläge GmbH in 1998. Since 2003 the two companies, merged into a single brand Siegenia Aubi Kg under the management of Wieland Frank, have stood for customer-oriented product and service development, as well as high quality standards thanks in part to perfect business process management. Kfv Karl Fliether GmbH & Co. Kg, which joined the group in August 2006, complements the extensive product program of hardware and aerators already offered, with locks for gates, front doors and interior doors.
