Ferramenta Adda Spa

Ferramenta Adda was founded on March 10, 1978, by Italo and Ruggero Amigoni. After gaining experience in the agricultural goods trade at Fratelli Amigoni, they opened the company in Cisano Bergamasco, near the Adda River, which gave the company its name.

A few years later, Italo's sons—Roberto, Fabrizio, and Giorgio—actively joined the business, modernizing the operations while remaining a key supplier for street vendors and hardware stores in many regions of Italy. In the 1980s, they began expanding into the building supply sector.

In 1993, Ferramenta Adda became part of the Ferritalia group, the largest hardware wholesaler in Italy. The service area expanded to Lombardy.

Professionalism, service, and product quality became the key concepts driving the company forward.

In 2007, Ferramenta Adda expanded by acquiring an adjacent warehouse, reaching an operational area of 25,000 m₂, with 8,000 m₂ covered.

In 2008, a radio frequency system was installed to manage over 15,000 product references. The continually growing product range, covering sectors such as construction, hardware, tools, and gardening, allowed the company to strengthen its presence in the territory, also thanks to a precise and timely delivery service and a network of professional agents attentive to customer needs.

The third generation joined the company, with Luca Amigoni first (2012) and later Massimo (2023).

In 2021, Ferramenta Adda further expanded by building a new section of warehouse, reaching a total of 10,000 m₂ of covered space. In 2023, Ferramenta Adda celebrated its 45^th anniversary.
