Innovation is in our DNA

In the beginning Replica Sistemi was a small team, today the company has more than 150 people with the same DNA made up of vertical expertise and a deep passion for innovation.

In the beginning we were a small team with a big goal: to make our business strategies aimed at digitising companies a reality.
Today we have grown to more than 150 people, but we have the same DNA, consisting of vertical skills and a deep passion for innovation.
Each of us has strong skills in a specific area, but we all have one thing in common: we never stop learning from each other.
Working side by side with customers, learning the use of new technologies, new programming languages, communication, administration, we have acquired a high level of know-how, recognised by customers, the market, and beyond.
We are building the foundations to create a district of IT specialists for logistics and transport, collaborating with higher institutes, universities, Master's degrees and international research institutes such as the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (Franhofer IML) to spread our knowledge and learn new ones.
We want to pass on the skills and experience we have gained over the years to the next generation. Therefore, we try to share and pass on our knowledge to those who have the spirit to learn. And it is precisely from the training centres that an important relationship of trust begins. Local schools and universities are aware of what we have matured in the IT, logistics and transport sectors, and they are the first to bet on us, entrusting their youngsters to us.

We offered company visits to high school students to give them the opportunity to enter our premises and 'breathe' first-hand the air of the working environment they will be able to enter once they have finished their studies. 11th grade students from the Enrico Fermi high school in Mantua were our guests during their school-to-work experience. The students had a concrete work experience that was extremely profitable: in fact, thanks to their commitment and the constant supervision of the Replica Sistemi team, they began to develop a mobile application, EasyApp, now on sale.

A now former student of Computer Engineering at UniMore (University of Modena and Reggio Emilia) also worked on this app during her university internship. Supported by her company tutor and colleagues, she chose to write her thesis precisely on EasyApp, and once she graduated, she immediately found a job in the company.
Another Replica Sistemi product, Proof of Delivery, was the subject of analysis in the thesis of a new IT engineer from UniMore, at the end of his internship with the company.
In addition, we created an internal training centre, Replica Sistemi Academy, specialized in the generation and development of ideas and the sharing of corporate knowledge.

We didn't stop there, our testimony also made it to the university: we gave a lecture at the MEMIT - Master in Transport Economics and Management at the Bocconi University of Milan on the subject of technologies supporting the supply chain, telling young minds about the main trends in software development in the world of logistics and transport.
We were also guests during a lecture in the Computer Engineering course at UniMore, in its Mantua location. This lecture is part of a collaboration project between the company and the 'Enzo Ferrari' Engineering Department at UniMore, with the aim of including a greater number of companies in the area and ensuring a constant link with the business and working world.

We have set ourselves the goal of training new people; we consider in-company start-up courses to be fundamental in order to transfer skills, during which new recruits are followed step by step through the training period by those with greater experience.
Everyone's collaboration is essential for successful synergy and growth.
Innovation is in our genes, we just have to pass it on!
