The Prandelli f.lli company has represented a name and a tradition in the beverage industry since 1929, when it was founded by Luigi Prandelli. Initially born as a beverage bottling company, and over the years it became an area depository of Wuhrer beer; from the postwar period to the 1970s, the company has continuously increased its presence in the area.

Since the 1980s, under the leadership of Mario Prandelli, the family business has made a qualitative leap, further expanding its areas of expertise and perfecting its service, making it the company's strong point. Since 1992, the company has been led by siblings Donata and Flavio Prandelli, and the controlled activities have become multiple: leading national distribution platform, trade in beverages, mineral water, beers and spirits, as well as the installation and service of draught systems, and lastly the trade in wines and spirits, and the personalized development of Wine Charts, followed by specialized personnel.

Since 2005, the company's headquarters have been completely renovated to make way for 10,000 sq. m. of covered warehouse space, 850 sq. m. of state-of-the-art operational and managerial offices in terms of design and architecture, and 200 sq. m. of wine shop, within which there are not only wines and spirits, but also refined and classy delicatessen and confectionery products.
